Haven AOG — Aircraft On Ground Mobile Response

Coverage Network

Four stations.
Nationwide reach.

Haven AOG response is anchored at four Part 145 repair stations — positioned on the Texas Panhandle, Upper Midwest, and Northeast corridor. Mobile units dispatch from each hub with the tooling and A&P/IA technicians to handle most ramp-level AOG events. Areas outside the primary radius are serviced via partner network and ferry coordination.

Coverage represents Haven’s nationwide AOG response service area. Mobile maintenance units, parts logistics, and ferry-permit coordination dispatched from regional hubs. Call 855-77-HAVEN for current dispatch status to your location.

How dispatch works

In-radius, partner, or ferry. Controller decides.

When a request comes in, the assigned controller runs a capability gate — aircraft type, work scope, station distance, parts availability — and picks the fastest path to return-to-service.

01

In-radius mobile dispatch

Aircraft is within the primary radius of one of our four stations. Mobile MRO unit rolls from the nearest hub. Most common path — fastest, full Haven sign-off.

02

Partner-network dispatch

Aircraft is in a region we don’t cover ourselves. Haven coordinates a vetted partner MRO under our case management. Same case file, same controller, same documentation standard.

03

Ferry to Haven station

Aircraft is too damaged for ramp-level work or the work scope requires hangar tooling. Haven coordinates the ferry permit with the FSDO and the aircraft is recovered to the appropriate Haven hangar.
