Haven AOG — Aircraft On Ground Mobile Response

Capabilities

What we touch.
What we sign.

Haven holds FAA Part 145 repair-station certificates at all four MRO locations — KAMA, KGRB, KBUF, KROC. Mobile units carry the tooling and A&P/IA technicians to handle most ramp-level AOG events. Below is what we routinely service. If your aircraft isn’t on the list, call us — the answer is usually yes.

Aircraft routinely serviced

Light jets to long-range. Plus turboprops.

Coverage spans light, mid-size, super-mid, heavy, and long-range business jets, plus King Air and Pilatus turboprops. Limited-rating composite work and specialty avionics are handled case-by-case — ask the controller.

Work scope

Engine to avionics. Skin to brakes.

Most AOG events resolve to one of these six work categories. Mobile units handle ramp-level work directly; deeper teardowns get coordinated with the relevant Haven hangar.

Engine & Powerplant

Hot section, cold section, borescope, fuel system, starter/generator, ignition. APU work. Engine wash, prop balance on turboprops.

  • ·Pratt & Whitney PT6
  • ·Pratt & Whitney PW300/500/600
  • ·Honeywell HTF7000
  • ·GE/CFM CF34
  • ·Williams FJ44
  • ·Rolls-Royce AE3007 / BR700

Hydraulics

Reservoirs, accumulators, lines, actuators, pumps, pressure tests, leak isolation. Landing gear hydraulic systems and brake hydraulics.

  • ·System leak isolation
  • ·Pump and motor R&R
  • ·Accumulator pre-charge
  • ·Hydraulic fluid sampling

Avionics

Garmin, Honeywell, Collins, Universal. Pitot-static, transponder Mode-S/ADS-B, autopilot squawk troubleshoot, MFD/PFD swap-and-test, datalink.

  • ·Garmin G3000/G5000/G700
  • ·Honeywell Primus Apex / Epic
  • ·Collins Pro Line 21/Fusion
  • ·ADS-B Out compliance

Structural & Sheet Metal

Skin damage, hangar rash, hail damage, ramp incidents, corrosion, panel repair. Limited-rating composite work on case-by-case basis.

  • ·Aluminum skin patch + repair
  • ·Rivet and fastener replacement
  • ·Composite per OEM repair scheme
  • ·Corrosion treatment

Wheels, Brakes & Tires

Wheel and brake R&R, tire change, brake bleed, anti-skid troubleshoot. AOG tire service when ramp-located.

  • ·Carbon and steel brake systems
  • ·Anti-skid module diagnostics
  • ·Pre-mounted wheel/tire stock

Fuel Systems

Boost pump, fuel quantity probes, transfer system, fuel pressure issues, contaminated fuel events.

  • ·Boost pump R&R
  • ·Fuel quantity calibration
  • ·Sample and lab dispatch on contamination events

Mobile MRO unit

What rolls up to your ramp.

The unit you see arrive isn’t a maintenance pickup truck. It’s a self-contained ramp shop — tooling, ground power, test equipment, basic part stock, and a certificated tech with sign-off authority.

Tooling on board

Each mobile MRO unit ships with the tooling required for most ramp-level repairs — torque wrenches, borescope, multimeters, pitot-static test equipment, hydraulic pressure rigs, ground power, basic ladders and stands. Specialty tooling is overnight-shipped to the ramp when required.

AOG parts access

Haven's vendor network includes priority access to OEM parts desks (Bombardier, Gulfstream, Cessna, Beechcraft) plus aftermarket and surplus channels. AOG-flagged orders typically ship same-day; expedited freight coordinated by the controller.

Ferry permit coordination

When the aircraft must be flown for repair, Haven coordinates the ferry permit with the local FSDO — including conformity inspection, limits drafting, and pilot briefing. We don’t hand you a phone number.

Return-to-service authority

Every Haven job closes with a logbook entry signed by a certificated A&P with IA where required. 8130-3 tag for installed parts. Work-order narrative + photos attached to the case file and emailed to the operator.

Certifications

Floor, not ceiling.

Every Haven AOG event is signed under the relevant Part 145 repair-station certificate by an A&P with IA where required. 8130-3 release tags issued for all installed parts. Documentation packet emailed and uploaded to the case file.
