About Haven AOG
One controller.
No relay.
Haven AOG is the emergency-response arm of Haven Aviation Services Group. When a business jet is grounded, one Haven maintenance controller takes ownership of the entire event — mobile MRO, parts logistics, ferry permits, documentation, return-to-service. You stay on one thread. No vendor pinball.
Why we built this
The handoff is the problem.
Operators have been trained to expect the AOG relay: call the FBO, who pages a mobile MRO, who calls a parts house, who calls a freight forwarder, who tells you to call back tomorrow. Every handoff is a chance for the ball to drop. Every relay adds hours.
One controller owns the event
From the moment you submit, a single Haven maintenance controller is your point of contact through return-to-service. They run the capability gate internally, dispatch the right tech, source the part, coordinate the FSDO when a ferry permit is needed. You don't get transferred.
Our techs, our hangars, our parts network
Four Part 145 repair stations — KAMA (Amarillo), KGRB (Green Bay), KBUF (Buffalo), KROC (Rochester) — staffed with A&P/IA technicians on call 24/7. AOG-flagged inventory across our vendor network with expedited freight.
Compliance built in
FAA Part 145 repair-station certificates. ARGUS Gold Part 135 for our charter arm. WYVERN registered. Every job closes with 8130-3 tags, work-order detail, photos attached to your case file, and a signed return-to-service entry.
Credentials
Compliance, not theater.
The certifications below aren’t a wall of logos. They’re the floor on what we’re allowed to touch, sign for, and return to service.
FAA Part 145
Repair Station certificates at all four MRO locations. Limited and unlimited ratings spanning airframe, engine, propeller, accessory, and avionics work.
ARGUS Gold
Part 135 charter operations through Haven Aero. ARGUS Gold safety rating reflects the same operational rigor applied to AOG dispatch decisions.
WYVERN Registered
Independent third-party safety audits. The aviation industry’s most thorough standard for Part 135 operators and MRO partners.
NBAA Member
National Business Aviation Association membership. Active participation in industry standards-setting around safety, maintenance, and crew duty.
Where we hang our toolboxes
Four MRO stations. Nationwide reach.
Our hubs sit on the Texas Panhandle, the Upper Midwest, and the Northeast corridor — positioned to put mobile units within a few hours of most U.S. business-aviation traffic. See coverage detail for service radius from each station.
Part of Haven Aviation Services Group
AOG is one job we do. It’s not the only one.
Haven Aviation Services Group operates four divisions under one roof: Aircraft Management, Charter (Part 135), Brokerage, and Maintenance (Part 145). AOG dispatch leverages the parts network, technician bench, and Part 135 ferry capability of the whole group — you’re not calling a single mobile unit. You’re calling a vertically integrated operator.
