- 03 Callback number and email, plus anyone else who should ride the thread: chief pilot, DOM, owner.

Distance is real road distance from our nearest dispatch origin, not straight-line. Mobile response range is 300 road miles. Outside it we still coordinate parts, ferry permits and a maintenance controller. The phone is always the fastest way to find out.
