Jet down? We move.
Mobile MRO, parts logistics, ferry permits, documentation. One number. One controller. One owner from request to logbook entry.
AOG desk · always open
24 / 7 / 365
Your request goes straight to a Haven maintenance controller who owns the event end to end. Every hour, every day, holidays included.

What’s grounded?
Submit and a controller takes ownership of your event. Phone is always faster: 855-774-2836.
How Haven AOG Works
Two ways in. One thread.
One controller owns your event from intake to logbook. Techs, parts and ferry loop in. You stay on one thread.
If you call
- 01 Call 855-774-2836 . A person answers, 24/7.
- 02 We pin down where the jet is and whether we can route or service it. You get a straight answer on the call.
- 03 You receive a link by text or email: the communication thread for your event. Status, messages, documents: one place.
- 04 Controller assigned. Technician assigned. Everyone you add rides the same thread.
- 05 The tech reaches out with an ETA. The thread updates at every milestone until the logbook entry.
If you submit online
- 01 Tail number. The FAA registry fills in the aircraft.
- 02 Pick your airport from the list, or straight from the coverage map. Instant coverage verdict.
- 03 Callback number and email, plus anyone else who should ride the thread: chief pilot, DOM, owner.
- 04 Photos and documents, then submit. Confirmation with your reference is immediate.
- 05 Controller assigned; the tech calls to clarify, then your ETA posts and updates on the thread.
Wheels-up, whatever it takes
When your jet stops, we don’t.
Coverage Network
Nationwide reach. Hub-anchored response.
Mobile response capacity concentrated at four MRO hubs, with on-wing service across the continental U.S. See per-hub detail.
Check coverage
Can we reach you?
Enter the airport your aircraft is sitting at. We’ll tell you whether a Haven mobile unit can roll to it, and what we can do if it can’t.
Distance is real road distance from our nearest dispatch origin, not straight-line. Mobile response range is 300 road miles. Outside it we still coordinate parts, ferry permits and a maintenance controller. The phone is always the fastest way to find out.
Coverage represents Haven’s nationwide AOG response service area. Call 855-774-2836 for current dispatch status to your location.
